Shipping and Delivery.

Nozuk offers standard and express delivery options within the UK. The advised delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date the order was placed. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.

Please allow an additional 5 business days for regional delivery.

 

Due to potential and unexpected delivery disruptions, delays may occur.

During sale and promotional periods, all orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch.

If there is an issue with your delivery, we will do our best to ensure it is resolved - however, we cannot make guarantees. Due to the nature of postal services, some circumstances may impact the successful delivery of your parcel.

We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery, or failure to deliver.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

There may be a delay of up to 2-5 business days during our peak periods.

Buying

Products sold by Nozuk are exclusively intended to be sold to end consumers for their personal use only. Consequently, you agree and warrant that you are acting as an end consumer and that you will not, directly or indirectly, resell products sold by Nozuk on their website, for commercial purposes.

 

Payment

By entering into a transaction with Nozuk Ltd, you acknowledge that you have been, are, and will remain in compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations designed to criminalise bribery, money laundering and terrorist financing, or any other dishonesty.

We only accept payments via bank transfer, Debit, Credit, Mastercard, or American Express. We do not take payments through cheques or cash.
